The Alliance has a collaborative partnership to provide services as the fiscal agent for both the City of Rio Rancho’s Children’s Water Festival and the City of Gallup’s annual Children’s Water Festival. The water festivals have been providing fun, interactive learning for fourth grader students since 2007.
